Once we have determined which component needs repairing, its a simple matter of sending only that part for repair.

Second, our diagnostic fees and rates are some of the lowest in the industry and certainly much lower than the manufacturer rates.  We are able set these low rates due to our repair and radar certification volume as our client-based includes some of the largest agencies in the country.

Also, due to our large inventory of parts we are able to get your equipment repaired and out-the-door in as little as one or two days after your approval.

Our Radar Repair Process

The repair process begins when you contact us to arrange service to your radar.  Prior to shipping your equipment to us we ask that you include an inventory list of the items sent with serial numbers where applicable.  We also ask you include, as specific as possible, the nature/symptoms that the unit(s) is experiencing. And lastly, please include your contact information.

Once we receive your equipment for radar repair, the following process occurs:

• Confirm received equipment matches your inventory list
• Place your request in the repair queue
• Contact you to confirm receipt of your equipment
• Perform full bench-test diagnostic tests to confirm reported problem and any other issues
• Contact you with repair quotation and return date
• Upon your approval, complete the repair
• Bench-test/road-test radar
• Ship equipment back to you with a 60-day warranty.
