Arkansas Radar Repair
Upon receiving your radar,
we will follow this process:

E-mail you stating we
received the radar.

Make a visual inspection
of the package to make sure no damage was caused by the shipping
company. If damage was found we will contact you immediately
and follow the shippers protocol for reporting damaged packages.

Make a visual inspection
of components in the box. If physical damage is seen that you
did not list on the radar return form we will notify you
immediately.

Attach a work-order tag to
the radar for identification purposes. This identification
number will be e-mailed to you for your records.

Make the proper power
and antenna (if required) connections per manufacturer's
specifications then apply power to the radar.

Attempt to test all functions of the
radar
making note of all failures. The goal here is to confirm the problem(s) listed on the Radar Information Form included with the
radar.

Send you a detailed
report including the problems found, cost of repair and delivery
time. If you opt not to have the unit repaired, we will send it back
to you.

Repair the radar once
funds are received (for individual/personal radar repair), or once
repair quotation is approved (for agency radar repair). Approval must be in writing (fax or
e-mail is acceptable). For submitting payment, click
